At HJC Helmets Europe, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original, unused condition.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your HJC customer account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific order and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the helmet in its original protective bag and box, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our technical team inspects the returned helmet for safety compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
