Standard shipping within the EU typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Are all HJC helmets sold in Europe ECE certified?

Yes, all helmets sold through HJC Helmets Europe are certified according to the latest ECE 22.06 (or previously ECE 22.05) safety standards, ensuring maximum protection and legal compliance for European roads.

What is your return policy for helmets?

We offer a 14-day return window for all items. Helmets must be returned in their original packaging, with all protective films and tags intact, and must not have been worn on a ride for safety and hygiene reasons.

How should I clean and maintain my helmet?

Use a soft cloth with warm water and mild soap for the outer shell. For the interior, most HJC helmets feature removable liners that can be hand-washed. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents that could damage the EPS liner.
